The Outback Solar & Hydrogen Production Facility is one of Australia’s flagship renewable energy ventures, combining gigawatt-scale solar power generation with on-site green hydrogen production. Located in an area with some of the highest solar irradiance on the planet, this facility will produce constant, clean energy to power its hydrogen electrolysers — without relying on fossil fuels.

While Package 1 focuses on preparing the site, Package 2 delivers the heartbeat of the project — the solar power infrastructure that feeds the entire hydrogen production cycle.

Package 2 covers the procurement, installation, and commissioning of the solar power generation and conversion systems.
